FAQ

We go to the steam inventory, find an item that the site “does not see” and read all the information about it. It will say whether the item can be exchanged and sold or not. If an item was purchased on Steam TP, then it cannot be sold within 7 days, keep in mind that sometimes this time lasts for several hours, so don’t worry. An item that cannot be exchanged, therefore, cannot be sold with us, so they are not displayed. If, when you try to add an item, the site does not see anything and writes “Error loading data,” then your inventory is too large. Reduce it to about 1600 items, then everything will be ok.

If you withdrew money to a card, then this status indicates that we have sent your money to Yandex Money representatives and they are processing your application. If they do not approve the withdrawal to your card, then after a few days you can cancel the application on the withdrawal page. If you withdrew money to a Webmoney wallet, then UPDATE YOUR BALANCE directly on the website and remember (!!!) not to re-login, but to update. If the funds have not arrived in any other wallet, then you are most likely either trying to deceive us, or have entered incorrect data. Immediately send a screenshot with the history of wallet transactions, which shows its number, date and time. But such cases have not happened yet, so don’t try to deceive, don’t waste your time.

Steam Money does not work on this site. You need to replenish your account separately.

Firstly, you don’t see your own items for sale. Secondly, to sell items you need to be online on the website (just open the market tab). Your status is updated once a minute, so first you need to wait a little.

When listing an item on our market, only the characteristics of the item are transmitted to the site, as well as the price at which you are willing to sell it. The item itself remains in your inventory until it is purchased and you yourself transfer it to the buyer. This means that you can do whatever you want with the displayed item: put it on the hero, disassemble it, transfer it, put it on the steam market, etc. Of course, if someone buys an item on display, and it is no longer in your inventory, then there will be nothing to transfer and you will receive a fine for it.

In general, you have full access to the exhibited items. And therefore, if an item is missing, it means that YOU (or someone from your account) gave it away, broke it, used it, sold it on Steam, etc.

Money may not come immediately - wait 1 hour. If you haven't arrived within an hour, create a ticket with the corresponding note and enter the payment details indicated in the receipt.

When buying an item, he receives a 4-hour website guarantee. During this time, you must pick up your item from the bot. Usually 4 hours is more than enough for a successful withdrawal, even with small Steam glitches, but if these glitches were very long, you were not able to withdraw during this time and the bot was blocked - the site pays you compensation. See below for details on compensation. If the warranty has expired, and the servers were working, then this means that our site is no longer responsible for this item. If a bot with your item is banned and it disappears from the list of items for withdrawal, we will not refund its cost to you. And therefore, it is in your own interests to withdraw things with an expired warranty and as soon as possible.

If the warranty is coming to an end, and the item cannot be withdrawn, write to technical support. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Specify the date, time, name of the item, a link to the steam profile of the bot with which you cannot make an exchange. If suddenly you manage to withdraw the thing - close the ticket.

Compensation is paid when 3 conditions are met: The thing was under warranty when blocked. You filed a support ticket before the warranty expired. You really couldn’t pick up the item through no fault of your own (site lags, Steam, bot blocking). In all other cases, compensation is NOT PAID.

No way. To avoid accidental purchases (miss clicks), we have made a confirmation window for the operation. Once you confirm the purchase, we cannot refund you as the funds have already been credited to the seller.

If you put an item up for sale, but do not transfer it to the bot if another person buys it, you will receive penalty points. Once you have accumulated a certain amount, you will be temporarily limited in your ability to make sales on our trading platform. Only the administrator can view the number of penalty points. If you were unable to transfer items to the bot due to interruptions in Steam or the website, you will NOT be awarded penalty points, so don’t worry.

All items are sorted by price and date they were added. The queue periodically shortens or increases, depending on the online presence of the owners of the exhibited items.

Selling sets will be available when Valve implements this feature. At the moment, you can only sell “unpacked” sets that come with one item, for example “Flames of Prosperity”.

To purchase, you must pass a one-time check of the ability to make exchanges on this device. To do this, in the purchase confirmation window, click on the clickable link with the text "Follow this link to check the operation of the exchanges on your Steam account" choose the image you have.

You need to open the item page, copy the link in the address bar of the browser and send this link to the chat. The chat automatically converts the link into a clickable item name.
