CLEVERPRIX LTD, as the administrator of the Website, accepts these Terms of Use, which specify the rights and obligations of the User and constitute a legally binding agreement for both parties. These Terms of Use affect the User's rights and impose certain obligations when using the Site, so the User must read them carefully.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1 «Agency Agreement»
An agency agreement concluded between the User and csgoclan.shop on the terms available at https://csgoclan.shop/agentagreement/. The agency agreement is an integral part of the Terms of Use.
«Bid»
The User's proposal for csgoclan.shop to conclude a Transaction for the sale or purchase of Items.
«Deal»
Sale or purchase of Positions in accordance with these Terms of Use.
«Items»
Virtual goods for use in computer games listed in the “Inventory” section of the User’s account on the website: https://steamcommunity.com.

1.2. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, unless expressly provided otherwise. All disputes and disagreements arising on the basis of or in connection with this site and these Terms of Use must be referred to the appropriate courts at the location of the registered office of csgoclan.shop.
2. Use of the website
2.1. Subject to these Terms of Use, csgoclan.shop hereby grants the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable limited license to use the Site in accordance with the provisions set forth below. All rights not expressly granted herein are fully reserved by csgoclan.shop and its advertisers and licensors.
2.2. By this document, csgoclan.shop also grants the User permission to use the content of the Site, provided that the User (1) uses it exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes (except for trading Items posted on the Site); (2) does not modify or sell the content of the Website; and (3) does not reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use the content of the Site for any public or commercial purpose, including use of the content on any other Website.
2.3. Through its Services, csgoclan.shop helps Users find, compare, buy and sell Items. csgoclan.shop receives a fee from Users for establishing their connection with each other; however, csgoclan.shop does not provide or otherwise sell Items posted on the Site and, other than acting as a depositary, csgoclan.shop does not act as an agent, broker, employee or employer of any User.
2.4. The Website operates only as an online store, and csgoclan.shop is not and will not be a party to any agreement between Users regarding the purchase of any Items posted on the Site. csgoclan.shop has no control over and makes no explanation regarding any qualities or characteristics of the Items. csgoclan.shop does not warrant that any Items, prices, taxes, or descriptions are accurate, complete, or reliable. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, including, but not limited to, sales and use taxes.
3. Trading process
3.1. csgoclan.shop allows Users to offer Bids for the purchase/sale of Items through the Website.
3.2. The transaction is carried out by csgoclan.shop in accordance with the conditions specified in the Agency Agreement.
3.3. The User has the right to cancel his Bid at any time before the Bid has been processed for the purpose of completing a Transaction.
3.4. In the case of the purchase of Items, the Bid must contain detailed specifications of certain Items. csgoclan.shop executes the Transaction and notifies the User in the Personal Account. Upon receipt of the notification, the User has the right to accept the Transaction and receive the Items.
3.5. In the case of the sale of Items, the Bid must contain detailed specifications of the specific Items and their selling price. All other terms of the Transaction are determined at the sole discretion of csgoclan.shop.
3.6. Based on the Rates proposed by Users, csgoclan.shop posts information in accordance with clause 3.5 of the Terms of Use on the Website.
3.7. Any User has the opportunity to make Transactions through the Website and respond to Bets placed by other Users in accordance with clauses 3.4.-3.5. csgoclan.shop concludes a Transaction with the first User to respond.
3.8. csgoclan.shop carries out the Transaction and notifies the User in the Personal Account in accordance with the Rate. Having received the notification, the User has the right to provide the Items to csgoclan.shop for further compensatory transfer of the Items to the User who was the first to respond to the publication. After the transfer of the User's Items, csgoclan.shop receives funds from the Transaction and transfers them to the User's account.
4. Contributions
4.1. Subject to these Terms of Use, User agrees to pay and is responsible for all applicable fees and charges for the Services. Contributions to csgoclan.shop amount to 5% (five percent) of the Transaction
4.2. All fees that the User must pay to third parties (including the Financial Institution) are not subject to these Terms of Use. All fees that csgoclan.shop must pay to third parties (including the Financial Institution) associated with the transfer of funds to the Personal Account are covered by the User.
4.3. The amount of contributions specified in clause 4.1 of the Terms of Use may be reduced by csgoclan.shop at the expense of funds received to complete the Transaction.
4.4. csgoclan.shop provides for additional fees in accordance with the Agency Agreement.
4.5. csgoclan.shop withholds its contributions specified in clause 4.4 of the Terms of Use in accordance with the conditions specified in the Agency Agreement.
4.5.1. All Transactions for the purchase of Inventory are non-cancellable. The Principal's funds used to complete the Transaction for the acquisition of Inventory are not subject to return
4.6. Transfer of funds to csgoclan.shop can be made using:
4.6.1. Bank transfer to csgoclan.shop account or through payment intermediaries having contracts with csgoclan.shop;
4.6.2. Transfer of electronic money to the csgoclan.shop account;
4.7. csgoclan.shop ensures the withdrawal of the User's funds within 3 (three) business days after the User's request submitted through the Website. Withdrawal of the User's funds is carried out by transfer to the User's payment details (check the available options at https://csgoclan.shop/checkout/). Withdrawals are subject to an 8-day limit on newly deposited money to combat fraudulent transactions.
The site prohibits the withdrawal of user fiat funds into digital currency, as well as the withdrawal/exchange of digital currency into fiat money.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. csgoclan.shop categorically disclaims any guarantees regarding the operation of the Site, including obligations regarding the absence of dishonesty and lack of high-quality performance.
5.2. Everything on the Website is to be considered "as is" without any express or implied representation or warranty of non-infringement, conformity with Users' expectations or fitness for a particular purpose.
5.3. csgoclan.shop may, at any time and without prior notice, remove or temporarily terminate the services provided to Users in accordance with these Terms of Use.
6. Responsibility
6.1. csgoclan.shop is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages or damage (including, but not limited to, losses resulting from lost profits, lost transactions, use of data or other intangible losses) associated with any contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence and fair liability) or other legal theory, regardless of cause, arising out of or relating in any way to the Website, its content or any information on the Website, or any errors or inaccuracies contained therein.
6.2. csgoclan.shop is not responsible for:
6.2.1. That the hardware, software or Internet connection is not functioning properly;
6.2.2. Any suspension or refusal to accept payments if csgoclan.shop reasonably believes that they were made fraudulently or without proper authority;
6.2.3. Unforeseen circumstances that prevent proper operation despite any reasonable precautions taken by csgoclan.shop (power outages, fire, flood, theft of property, equipment breakdowns, hacker attacks, internal mechanical or system failures, and Website downtime).
7. Links to other sites
7.1. The Site may contain links to third-party Internet sites, resources, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or administered by csgoclan.shop. Csgoclan.shop is not responsible for the content of such third-party sites, materials, information or services. 8. Changes, Duration and Termination
8.1. These Terms of Use are subject to change, addition and modification. By continuing to use the Website, the User is deemed to be bound by the modified version of these Terms of Use. If the Terms of Use are changed, the User will be notified of this to the User's email address. If any changes to the Terms of Use are unacceptable to the User, the User's sole remedy is to delete his account and cease using the Site.
8.2. The services and information contained on the Website are valid indefinitely. Csgoclan.shop may completely or partially terminate or suspend the provision of services or information posted on the Site at any time and without prior notice.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1. If a dispute, disagreement or claim arises on the basis of the Terms Use or related to their execution, termination or termination of the Terms of Use, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim through negotiations.
